Okay, so today I worked the midnight release of the Twilight DVD at Chapters. While there, I had alot of time to contemplate things. I have decided I am waging war against 2 things.

1) rude customers. People, at a midnight release party, we are not there to babysit your kids. Nor are we there to clean up after you. Most of you are grown adults, so stop acting like children. Also, we will not give you the DVD early, I don't care how much you scream at me. It's not going to happen. Further more, 'reorder' means that you bought the DVD ahead of time. You CANNOT preorder a DVD at 9:30pm the day it comes out over the internet, and magically expect it to be at our store by midnight. Internet orders are shipped from Toronto, and our world doesn't revolve around you. Sorry.
2) people who always cancel. I think I realized today (for no reason other than the fact that I had ample time to think while people were watching the Twilight movie, and for some reason i thought about this) that it really bugs me when people cancel plans. So here's the skinny, don't make plans if you're going to cancel them last minute. I hate it. It makes me angry. Like, really angry. And if you do cancel them, don't lie about why. Don't go "I'm sick" if you just don't feel like going out. Just say "I changed my mind, I don't want to go out."
3) I just realized a third thing I hate (now this IS because of a certain event that happened today). People need to learn to control thier emotions. I don't care if your life sucks. Here's news for you: so does mine. Every time I turn my head, someone is either dead or terminally ill. You what though? I don't b*tch about it every second of the day. Why? Because when i'm about to die, I don't want to look back at my life, and see miserable throughout the whole thing, over stuff that I can't really control. If people need to vent about thier issues once in a while, that's fine. I try to always be thier for a friend in need, no matter what. But if we can't spend ONE conversation without talking about how your life sucks, that's it. I'm done. I'm trying hard enough to deal with my own life, and I don't mind dealing with others every once in a while. But I'm not doing it every day, for months. I don't have that kind of stamina anymore. It's been drained. Sorry.

So this was longer than expected....but oh well.
